Stay and Host:
a. Refund Before Check-In We understand that plans can change. If you decide to cancel within 3 days of booking, you’ll receive a 90% refund. For cancellations made at least 15 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 15 days of check-in, no refund can be provided. Please note that deposits from offline bookings (walk-in/email/phone) are non-refundable. All refund processes will be completed within 30 working days of cancellation.
b. Rescheduling before Check-In Life can be unpredictable, and we acknowledge that. In exceptional cases, you can reschedule your stay at any NomadHub location by sending an email to [email protected] at least 15 days before the check-in date. Keep in mind that rates may vary for the newly selected dates, and the team reserves the right to evaluate and approve the change.
c. Cancellation and Refund for Teams and Bulk Bookings The policies mentioned above are not applicable for teams or bulk bookings. If you have specific requirements or need further assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Coworking:
For coworking bookings, we operate on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. We appreciate your understanding.
Experience / Course / Class:
Similarly, all bookings related to experiences, courses, or classes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We encourage you to plan accordingly and make the most of your scheduled activities.
